  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged

4. Exchange Options
We’re happy to replace defective, incorrect, or sizing-error items. Simply reach out to support@hoopplays.com to request an exchange. For defective or wrong items, return shipping is on us.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, cancellations depend on production or shipping status. Please double-check your address details to avoid any delivery issues.
